The 25th annual Spring Tour of HomesSM would have been the perfect place to start to turn that dream into a reality. With 85 newly constructed homes and 8 remodeled homes throughout the Madison County area, the TourSM offered a wide variety of housing choices designed to help buyers find that "perfect home."
The 2011 Spring Tour of HomesSM, presented by the Huntsville/Madison County Builders Association, was your opportunity to discover all the new options available in today's homes. An array of housing types from single-family homes and patio homes to town homes and remodeled homes were featured in the TourSM with prices ranging from just under $120,000 to $985,000.
Over the 2 weekends (June 4th - 5th & 11th - 12th), the homes on the TourSM were open to the public from 1:00 - 5:00 pm each day for viewing.
New this year to the Spring Tour of HomesSM was the Remodelors Idea Home. The Association purchased a home located at 1602 Mont Dale Rd in the Blossomwood area which had been virtually untouched since its original construction in 1960. The total renovation of this project was been managed by Betsy Hyman of Southern HOUSEpitality. The purpose of the Remodelers Idea Home was to show consumers the latest in products and services that were available for remodeling and renovation.

After the Spring TourSM is over, please check with the builder before going to view these homes as they may have been sold and are now occupied.
